It is not possible to manually change your registered name. Contact support by logging into your Personal Area and opening a ticket in the support hub detailing your request.
We recommend that you are prepared to provide the following information:
- Trading account number
- Security question answers
- Support PIN (as provided by support)
- Your full legal name
- The reason for the name change
- New or updated proof of identity documentation
Your registered name will be updated to match the legal name shown on the proof of identity document.
It is prohibited to trade on any Exness account not registered under your full legal name. Registering an Exness account on behalf of someone else or under an alias is strictly not permitted.
