Of all trading account types available, only Zero and Raw Spread trading account types have a trading commission applied. All other trading accounts are commission-free.

When a trading commission is applied, it is based on the trading volume in both directions of an order, i.e. for both open and close. The commission is charged for both as the order is opened. Detailed information is available in our articles on these trading accounts (linked above).
