How you change your registered address depends on whether your Exness account has been fully verified or not.
For verified Exness accounts, your registered address is displayed on your proof of residence (POR) document provided during account verification. Log into your Personal Area (PA) and create a ticket in the support hub to change this.
The information you provide in this case must include:
- Trading account number
- Security question answers
- Support PIN (as provided by support)
- The address change reason
- Your correct and new residential address
- New or updated proof of residence (POR)
An address change may display the previous address rather than the updated address in the PA, however the updated address is reflected in our database.
For unverified Exness accounts, upload a proof of residence (POR) document during account registration, which will set your registered address to the one shown in that document.
- If you have moved to another country, we recommend registering a new Personal Area using your new local phone number and submitting a proof of residence (POR) document from your new location.
- It is not possible to change your address from one country of registration to another within the same Personal Area.
- When registering an Exness account from a foreign country, please ensure that it is not a country where Exness services are not available.
