Do I own the stock instrument I trade? No, CFDs on stocks have no rights for ownership or dividends. Based on CFD products, when a position is opened, the value of the stock instrument is derived from the price at the time of opening the position versus the difference in the value at the time of closing the position.
What are stock splits? A stock split is a corporate action in which a company divides its existing shares into multiple shares to boost its liquidity and reduce prices. Read more about stock splits and how they affect positions when they occur.
