If your trading history is missing orders, they may have been automatically archived. This can happen at any time to keep trading servers stable.
MT4/MT5
- Open your MetaTrader platform.
- Go to Account History.
- You may also see this in your terminal log files.
Personal Area (PA)
- Log in to your Personal Area (PA) and go to Trading.
- Open History of orders.
- Select the trading account and time range.
- Choose Closed orders or Open orders.
Exness Trade app
- Open the app and go to Accounts.
- Select a trading account.
- Open Closed.
- Tap Show previous day to load older history (repeat as needed).
Exness Terminal
- Open Exness Terminal and go to Portfolio.
- Open Closed.
- Select Show previous 30 days to load older history (repeat as needed).
Account statement (real accounts)
- Use your daily or monthly account statements for a full record.
- Download your account statement from your Personal Area (PA).

- Archived orders cannot be restored in MetaTrader.
- If you need archived order details for a real trading account, create a ticket in the Support Hub.
- Demo account history requests are not supported.
- Archived orders are different from archived accounts, which you can read more about in our article about archived accounts.
For demo (Trial) accounts, order history for 2018–2025 is not available in the Personal Area and the Exness Trade app history view. This does not affect MetaTrader.
