Your trading account may be unavailable for deposits or withdrawals due to its current status or restrictions.
The most common reasons are:
- The account is archived – archived accounts cannot be used for financial operations. Restore the account from the My Accounts tab in your Personal Area.
- The account is disabled – go to the support hub and create a ticket to request account re-activation.
- Verification is incomplete – deposits and withdrawals are limited until verification is completed.
- Account-specific restrictions – certain account conditions may limit financial operations.
To resolve this, log in to your Personal Area and:
- Check the account status in c.
- Complete any required verification steps.
- Use another active trading account if available.
If the problem persists at length, go to the support hub and create a ticket.
