The most common reasons are:
- The account is archived – archived accounts cannot be used for financial operations.
- The account is inactive – inactive accounts may require reactivation or replacement.
- Verification is incomplete – deposits and withdrawals are limited until verification is completed.
- Account-specific restrictions – certain account conditions may limit financial operations.
To resolve this, log in to your Personal Area and:
- Check the account status in My Accounts.
- Complete any required verification steps.
- Use another active trading account if available.
