Identify your situation

문제 해결을 시작하기 전에 어떤 경우에 해당하는지 확인하시기 바랍니다.

• Only specific instruments are unavailable → see instrument-related sections
• Buy/Sell buttons are greyed out → check sections about account access and permissions
• Error appears in the Journal tab → review all sections below

Account-related causes

1. Logged in with a read-only (investor) password

읽기 전용 암호로 로그인한 경우 트레이딩이 허용되지 않습니다.

해결 방법:

• Log in again using your trading password (not the investor password)

2. Account not fully activated

계좌 설정이 완료되지 않은 경우 트레이딩이 제한될 수 있습니다.

다음을 확인합니다.

• 계좌 인증 상태
• 최소 금액을 충족하는 첫 입금 완료 여부(필요한 경우)

해결 방법:

• 개인 정보 영역에서 인증을 완료합니다
• 요청이 표시되면 필요한 입금을 진행합니다

Instrument-related causes

1. Incorrect instrument suffix

일부 계좌 유형은 특정 각주가 붙은 상품만 트레이딩할 수 있습니다.

예:

• 스탠다드 계좌: EURUSD
• 스탠다드 센트 계정: EURUSDc

해결 방법:

• Open Market Watch
• 계좌 유형에 맞는 올바른 상품을 선택합니다

2. Instrument is in close-only mode

상품이 청산 전용으로 설정되어 있으면 새 트레이딩을 개설할 수 없습니다.

다음을 확인합니다.

1. Market Watch(종합시세) 창의 상품을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭합니다
2. Select Specification
3. 트레이딩 모드를 확인합니다

해결 방법:

• 전체 트레이딩이 활성화될 때까지 기다립니다
• 또는 다른 상품을 선택합니다

3. Instrument trading is disabled

경우에 따라 특정 상품의 트레이딩이 비활성화될 수 있습니다.

다음을 확인합니다.

1. 해당 상품을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭합니다
2. Select Specification
3. Look for Trade: Disabled

해결 방법:

• 다른 상품을 트레이딩합니다
• 나중에 다시 시도해 주세요

Platform behavior

MetaTrader 플랫폼에서는 이 제한이 다음과 같이 다르게 표시될 수 있습니다.

• MT4: The New Order button may remain active
• MT5: The New Order button may be greyed out

이는 플랫폼의 정상적인 동작입니다.

This error does not indicate that your account is blocked. It is typically caused by account permissions or instrument-specific restrictions and can usually be resolved by following the steps above.
