What should I know before I begin?
+Exness VPS is free, but users are required to meet an account balance and/or trading volume amount before the service can be used. There is also an ongoing requirement to keep the service once you qualify; it is possible to lose access to Exness VPS if not met. Understanding the Exness VPS Terms of Use are recommended while using the service.
How do I qualify?
+Visit your Personal Area (PA) to see your specific account balance, or account balance/trading volume criteria.
- Log in to your Personal Area.
- Open the Settings menu.
- Select the Virtual Private Server.
The exact amount required may differ, so always confirm them in your PA.
- Account balance: the amount of available funds deposited into your trading accounts.
- Trading volume: the amount of funds used for opening and closing orders in a trading terminal with a trading account, tracked in lots but calculated in USD. This does not include Social Trading / Portfolio Management trading accounts.
To qualify with an account balance:
Deposit funds into a trading account to the amount shown in the criteria if required. Existing trading account balance is accepted, so you may find you already qualify for Exness VPS without requiring a deposit. Once this criteria is met, you can apply for Exness VPS.
To qualify with an account balance and trading volume:
Deposit funds into a trading account to the amount shown in the criteria, then trade (open and close orders) to the value of the required trading volume. Visit the PA once these criteria are met to apply for Exness VPS.
Where do I apply?
+- Log in to your Personal Area.
- Open the Settings menu.
- Select the Virtual Private Server.
- Here you will see the criteria requirements before application is possible.
- Click Request VPS hosting if you qualify.
This area of your Personal Area will now change, presenting a selection of new options for Exness VPS.
How do I keep Exness VPS access?
+To retain VPS, you must meet these criteria:
- A specified trading volume (or the equivalent in any currency/asset) over a 30 day period, 90 day period, or 180 day period is needed. Only a single time period criteria needs to be met to keep Exness VPS access. The time periods unlock as you reach them, i.e the 90-day period becomes active after 90 days.
- You must login and trade from the VPS with the VPS-linked trading account within 5 days of VPS access. If this criteria is not met, you will receive warnings on day 3 and day 5 before VPS termination (pending orders do not count).
- You must login and trade from the VPS at least once every 30 days or the VPS will be terminated, regardless of whether you meet the 90 or 180 day criteria. If this criteria is not met, you will receive warnings on day 27 and day 30 before VPS termination (pending orders do not count).
Log in to the PA to confirm the exact criteria for keeping Exness VPS access.
