    Inactive buy and sell buttons

    Why did this happen?

    When the buy and sell buttons in your trading terminal are greyed out or cannot be activated, the order size is likely not valid for the trading account type. 

    How to solve this error?

    Check that the order size is valid by checking the minimum and maximum order sizes by account type.

    • To access the Specification tab in the WebTerminal or desktop terminal, right-click on Market Watch and click Specification.
    • For the Exness Trade app, under Trade, choose the currency, and you will see the Specification tab.

    If the issue persists, open a ticket in the support hub for assistance.
