I can't close my open orders

Why did this happen?

Closing open orders while markets are closed
- If you try to close an open order during weekend hours or a trading instrument’s daily break, it will fail to close until the market reopens.
Visual bugs and/or connectivity issues
- A visual bug or connectivity issues could make it appear like an open order will not close.
One-click trading preferences
- If you are used to trading with this preference, you may expect an order to close instantly.
Hedged orders
- Hedged orders can prevent an order from closing due to high-margin requirements. When one side of a hedged order is closed, the remaining order may be treated as a newly opened order. When the margin requirement for the remaining order is recalculated, it may prevent closure due to insufficient free margin available

Closing open orders while markets are closed
- To solve this issue, wait until the market reopens for your trading instrument and then try to close the order.
Visual bugs and/or connectivity issues
- To solve this issue, close your trading terminal completely, then reopen it to see if the order is still open.
One-click trading preferences
- To solve this issue, check your trading terminals' preferences for one-click trading; if this setting is off, you may need to confirm a close order action.
Hedged orders
- To solve this issue, confirm that your available free margin is sufficient to close the order and try again.
