Open History in your trading platform of choice, and confirm if there have been any recent stop-out instances or unexpectedly closed orders. The balance shown for your trading account in the Personal Area (PA) is updated frequently, but it’s possible that it has not yet been updated to reflect the actual balance as shown in your trading platform.
If you have checked above and are unable to spot the cause of this issue, please open the Transaction history in your PA, select the deposit transaction, and choose Get Support to open a support ticket.
