The payment method used for successful deposit or withdrawal transactions are saved in your Personal Area (PA) for future use.
To view saved methods
- Log in to your Personal Area.
- Click on the Deposit or Withdrawal tab
- Saved methods are shown at the top of the page as My saved methods.
- Saved methods are only visible after a successful deposit or withdrawal.
- Once a payment method is added to the saved methods section, it cannot be changed or deleted n
To use saved methods
Select a saved method at the top of the Deposit and Withdrawal tabs to open a transaction screen and proceed.
Some fields may be pre-filled for your convenience.
Common questions
Can I delete a saved payment method?
Currently, saved payment methods cannot be deleted. Only expired bank cards can be deleted.
Can I change a saved payment method?
No, you cannot change a saved payment method. You can add a new saved payment method by making a deposit or withdrawal using a preferred payment method.
Can I delete an expired bank card?
Yes, you can if the bank card has expired; the option to delete the bank card from saved payment methods will be available.
