Applying to terminate your Exness Personal Area (PA) account is simple and can be carried out in a few steps. This article provides a detailed guide on how to delete your PA.
You can self-terminate your Exness Personal Area from Security settings in the PA or Profile settings in Exness Trade, as long as it is done before completing the personal information submission step (after email and/or phone verification) of the standard Exness account registration process.
Once an Exness Personal Area (PA) is terminated, the same email cannot be used to open a new account.
Follow these steps to terminate (delete) your Exness Personal Area (PA):
- It is highly recommended that you first withdraw your funds and close all open and pending orders on all trading accounts with your Personal Area (PA).
- Submit a written notice at least five (5) calendar days from the desired termination date to support@exness.com using the account holder’s registered email address. The email should include the following details:
- Trading account number(s)
- Support PIN
- Reason for termination

Exness PA account termination requests made through phone call services are not considered written notice.
- Once the notice is received, you will receive an email within five (5) calendar days regarding the termination date and a verification call to confirm the request. The email also contains details of the rules that apply to the Exness Personal Area (PA) account once deleted.
If you wish for your Exness Personal Area (PA) account to be terminated sooner than five (5) calendar days, you may indicate this in your termination request, but this is at the company’s discretion.
- On the day of termination, you will receive an email confirmation that your Exness Personal Area (PA) account has been terminated. Any funds remaining in your account will have been refunded to you already.
If the funds remaining in your trading accounts are less than the minimum withdrawal permissible by the payment systems used in the past, please inform us about an alternative method to send the funds to you.
During the termination of an Exness Personal Area (PA)
After applying to delete your Exness Personal Area (PA), consider the following:
- You will no longer be able to access trading platforms with the terminated trading account(s), and functionality will be limited.
- You will not be able to open new orders.
- The company reserves the right to:
- Reject withdrawals and keep your funds as necessary to close opened positions and/or pay your pending obligations under the Client Agreement (footer of PA).
- Combine your trading account(s) to consolidate and offset the balances in those accounts.
- Convert any currency.
- Close all accounts maintained with us in your name.
