A few reasons may result in a missing trading account in the My Accounts tab of your Personal Area (PA).
New trading accounts
After creating a new trading account, the PA may take a moment to process. The trading account will not be visible in the PA during this time. It will be added to the list of trading accounts in the My Accounts tab once processed.
Give newly created trading accounts a nickname to make them easier to locate after creation.
What else can I do to find new trading accounts?
- Refresh the page.
- Check the real or demo tabs (depending on the trading account type) and scroll down to locate your accounts.
The Sort filter can organize trading accounts by newest, oldest, available free margin, and nickname (alphabetical).
With Exness Trade
After creating a trading account, you end up in the Accounts tab by default.
From here, try the following:
- Tap on the dropdown menu to reveal the list of trading accounts.
- Select real or demo, depending on the account type created.
- Browse these for your trading account.
Existing trading accounts
If an existing trading account has gone missing, it has likely been archived due to inactivity.
Real trading accounts may be automatically archived after 3 days of inactivity. Demo trading accounts are deleted completely and are irrecoverable after a period of inactivity.
In some cases, trading accounts can be archived for technical reasons before reaching the specified timeframe of inactivity.
Inactivity means no trades are completed with the trading account, and no balance operations (deposit/withdrawals/transfers) are processed with the trading account.
Find out how to reactivate archived trading accounts if you find your real trading account in the Archived tab of My Accounts in your PA.
