This error is commonly seen when an internal transfer between Personal Areas (PA) is blocked, even though the account has enough equity to transfer.

When this happens, do consider the following:

• No se puede transferir una cantidad superior a la disponible en la cuenta de trading desde la que está transfiriendo. Funds available in the other trading accounts of your Personal Area are not considered when making a transfer.
• Los fondos depositados en una cuenta de trading mediante determinados métodos de pago, como tarjetas bancarias y Sticpay, no pueden transferirse a otras Áreas personales.

The total amount available for internal transfer is displayed when the error is presented. You can use this amount in your next internal transfer attempt, which should succeed.
