What happens?
When accessing your trading account, charts may fail to load and quotes appear stagnant.
Why did this happen?
You may have entered the following:
- Incorrect login
- Incorrect password
- Incorrect server
How to solve this error?
Check your trading account number in your Personal Area. Click My Accounts and the account number will be visible next to a MT5 or MT4 label along with a Real or Demo tag. Use this account number to log in.
Ensure you use the correct trading password when you log in. If you have forgotten your trading password, you can reset it by clicking on the cog icon to the right-hand side of the account and choose Change Trading Password to create a new one. Use this new password to log in.
Check which server your account uses in your Personal Area under My Accounts. Click on the cog icon to the right-hand side of the account and it will list which server it uses and ensure you log in using the correct server.
