- Some errors happened.
How to solve this error?
If you encounter this, here are some steps you can take:
On a web browser:
- Check the internet connectivity.
- Try incognito mode on the browser
- Clear browser cookies and cache, and try again.
- Try using other browsers.
- Check if there is any firewall restricting the site.
- If already logged in, try to log out and log back in.
- Try using the mobile application to perform the action.
- If using a VPN, try to disconnect and try without it.
On the mobile app:
- Close the app completely from the background and restart.
- Check if the app is updated.
- Logout and log back in.
- Uninstall the app, install it, and try again.
- Try to use the browser to perform the action.
