What happens?
When you are unable to trade on MetaTrader platforms.
Why did this happen?
- Trading operations are disabled for the particular account.
- Logged in to MetaTrader with a read-only password.
- Wrong suffix on the instrument.
- An instrument is in a close-only mode on the MT4 app.
- The account has not performed a first-time deposit.
How to solve this error?
- If you have logged in with a read-only password, log out, then log back in with your trading account password and try to trade again. If you do not remember your account password, you can also reset it from your Personal Area (PA).
- Check if your Exness account has been fully verified and you have not exceeded the 30-day limit.
- If you are fully verified, complete the minimum first-time deposit for your account to remove the trading limitation and try again.
- Check if you are trading with the right suffix. For example, Standard Cent accounts can only trade with instruments with the —c suffix.
