Bank cards are a convenient way to both deposit money into and withdraw from your trading accounts.
The following bank cards are accepted and will be transacted in USD and EUR:
- VISA and VISA Electron
- Mastercard
- Maestro Master

Deposits and withdrawals with a bank card are subject to the payment system priority policy to optimize transaction times.
Important: Bank cards are not available to accounts registered in Congo, Iraq, Iran, Liberia, Myanmar, Sudan, and Thailand.

Deposits
Note: Ensure that your profile is fully verified before making your first deposit with a bank card.
Note: Deposits with a bank card are not available in Ukraine. Please use the available payment methods in your Personal Area.
Select Bank card from the Deposit area, and follow these steps:
- For new bank cards, enter your bank details including:
- Card number
- Cardholder’s name
- Expiry date
- CVV code
- For existing bank cards, select an existing bank card from the dropdown menu and enter the respective CVV code.
- Choose the trading account to top up and the desired deposit amount, then click Continue.
- A transaction summary is presented; click Confirm to continue.
- A message will confirm the deposit transaction is complete. In some cases, an additional step to enter an OTP sent by your bank may be required before the deposit transaction is completed.
Note: Any bank card used to make a deposit is automatically saved as an option for further deposits and withdrawals.
Cardholder name checks
When adding a bank card consider these criteria when entering the cardholder’s name to ensure transactions are processed smoothly.
- The cardholder’s name must be written in English letters only.
- Words that are not allowed are BANK, VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO, CARD, MOMENT, TEST, PAYMENT, GOLD, NAME, MC, INSTANT, EXPRESS, EXSPRESS, HOLDER, DEPOSIT, DEBIT, CREDIT, and UNIVERSAL.
- A third word is allowed and can contain one symbol.
- There must be at least one space between words.
- Max characters, including symbols and spaces, are 27 characters.
- A symbol dash “-” is recognized as a delimiter between words.
An error message appears below the cardholder name field if the rules are not followed.
Refund requests
A refund request is required before the withdrawing profit is possible. A refund request is a transaction where the deposit amount made with the bank card initially must be withdrawn to the same bank card. Refund requests and profit withdrawals must be proportional to every bank card used to deposit as per our general rules for withdrawals.
Select Bank card from the Withdrawal area, and follow these steps:
- Click Show my refunds on the next page.
- All refunds will now be displayed for you to choose from. Click Refund under your selected transaction.
- You will be redirected to the withdrawal form to complete your refund. A tip will be displayed describing the amount that can be refunded and other available options.
- Fill in the details and click Continue.
- A summary of the transaction will be shown. Click Confirm to continue. Enter the verification code sent to you either by email or SMS depending on your Personal Area security type.
- A message will confirm that your refund request is complete.
Note: Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Profit Withdrawal
You are only able to withdraw the profit made from deposits with your bank card after a refund request is completely processed, unless you wait 90 business days from the date of deposit. This is part of our general rules for withdrawals that are essential.
Select Bank card from the Withdrawal area, and follow these steps:
- Select the existing bank card from the dropdown menu.
- Select the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from and enter the withdrawal amount. Click Continue.
- A summary of the transaction will be shown. Click Confirm to continue. Enter the verification code sent to you either by email or SMS depending on your Personal Area security type.
- A message will confirm that your withdrawal is complete.
Note: Profit withdrawals are not available in Pakistan and Botswana. These countries support refund requests, but profit withdrawals must be completed with another available payment method in the PA.

Yes, it is recommended that you fully verify your Exness account.
Yes you can, but the bank card must be issued in a country that Exness provides services to. It also must belong to the Exness account holder.
Yes, you can use multiple bank cards to transact with the trading accounts in your PA. Please be aware of our general rules for payments that apply to multiple bank cards.
- Any deposits made with a bank card must be withdrawn to the same bank card as a refund request before profit can be withdrawn.
- Refund requests and profit withdrawals must be proportional to every bank card used to deposit.
The amounts deposited with each bank card is tracked in your PA for your convenience, and appear at the top of the withdrawal options. In exceptional cases the proportional rule may be waived, pending account verification and under strict advice of our payment specialists; contact Support if you are experiencing difficulty withdrawing funds with your bank cards.
If your bank card has expired but you have been issued a new bank card for the same bank account, the refund process is straightforward; you only need to request a refund as normal.
If your expired card is no longer linked to a bank account as it has been completely closed, raise a request for this from the Transaction history tab by clicking Get support. Have the proof of the closed bank account ready.
In the event of a lost or stolen bank card, please contact Support with proof that the lost/stolen bank card has been canceled/terminated and they can assist you with your transaction once account verification has been completed.
