What happens?
This error is commonly seen when an internal transfer between Personal Areas (PA) is blocked, even though the account has enough equity to transfer.
Why did this happen?
When this happens, do consider the following:
- It is not possible to transfer more than the amount available in the trading account you are transferring from. Funds available in the other trading accounts of your Personal Area are not considered when making a transfer.
- Funds deposited into a trading account by certain payment methods, such as bank cards and Sticpay, cannot be transferred to other PAs.
How to solve this error?
The total amount available for internal transfer is displayed when the error is presented. You can use this amount in your next internal transfer attempt, which should succeed.
