+- Open the Exness website or Personal Area.
- Press F12 or open Developer Tools.
- Select the Console tab.
- Enable Preserve log.
- Clear the console.
- Repeat the issue.
- Right-click → Save as.

+- Enable developer tools in Safari settings.
- Open Develop → JavaScript Console.
- Repeat the issue.
- Save console output.
