There are a few ways to upload your screenshot, but these are the recommended channels:
- Support hub: Either during ticket creation or during ticket resolution, you will be presented with opportunities to upload documentation.
- Live Chat: During communication with support over chat, you may be asked to upload documentation. Select the paperclip icon that appears to open an upload window. Find the screenshot, select it and confirm its upload.
In both cases, screenshots are documentation that can help us troubleshoot your issue promptly.
