What happens?
You can expect to see this error when starting up your MetaTrader platforms.
Why did this happen?
It may be caused by a momentary interruption of bandwidth when starting up or when not logged in with a valid trading account.
How to solve this?
- Ensure you are using an MT4 trading account for MT4 platform, or an MT5 trading account for MT5. Check the connection status to verify a successful login.
- If you continue to see this error even after successfully logging in with your trading account, then:
- Right-click on the chart window and select Refresh to update the chart manually.
- To see if any instrument from the Market Watch window updates, click and drag it onto the affected chart window.
If the problem persists, an unstable internet connection may explain the cause. We suggest checking to see if you qualify for Exness VPS, or open a ticket in the support hub for assistance.
