There are several different passwords to protect your Exness account. 

These include:

• Personal Area (PA) password
  Your Personal Area (PA) password is used when you log into your PA.
• Trading password
  Every trading account within your PA has its own trading password, which you use to log into the account from a trading platform.
• Read-only access password
  This password allows limited access to a trading account to a third party, with all trading disabled. This password should not be identical to the trading password.

Password requirements

All passwords must include:

• 8 to 15 characters
• Uppercase and lowercase letters
• Combination of numbers, English letters, and special character. Example: eH#z4@H9!

We strongly suggest setting up strong passwords to secure your Exness account passwords. Support will never ask you to provide a password; only the Support PIN is used to verify account ownership.

Passwords are not sent to your email once you have set them up for security; do make note of them in a secure place once set.
