Keeping your Exness account secure helps protect your funds and personal information. Use the checklist and steps below to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
Quick safety checklist
- Use a strong, unique password for your Personal Area (PA) and your registered email.
- Never share passwords, verification codes (OTP), or Support PIN with anyone or enter them to confirm an action you didn’t request.
- Install apps and extensions only from official sources. Avoid downloads from links in ads, emails, messengers, or social media.
- If something looks suspicious, secure your account immediately using the steps below.
Good practices to prevent unauthorized access
Protect account access
- Lock your screen or log out if you leave a device unattended with an open Personal Area (PA).
- Use only your own phone number, email, and device to receive verification codes.
- If you receive an unexpected OTP, push request, or Face Scan prompt, pause and don’t confirm anything.
- Support PIN: we may ask for it to verify you when you're in communication with support. Share it only through official Exness support channels and only for a request you initiated.
- Change passwords regularly, and do not reuse passwords across services.
Protect your funds
- If you’re suddenly asked to complete a Face Scan, approve a push notification, or enter an OTP you didn’t request, pause and don’t confirm anything. Do not transfer funds to unknown people or third-party bank accounts, cards, wallets, crypto addresses, or other receiving methods.
- Be cautious of “guaranteed profit” offers, “account recovery” offers, and urgent requests to act quickly
If someone claims to be from Exness
Fraudsters can seem professional and may use branding (logos and slogans) to look legitimate. If a message is unexpected or seems unusual, be cautious — do not reply, click links, or share any information.
Exness will never ask you to share your password or verification codes (OTP). If anyone asks for these, treat it as suspicious.
If you suspect you may be a victim of fraud, open a ticket in the support hub so we can assist you.
In a text message, email, or social media (including Telegram), we will never:
- Send you a link and ask you to enter sensitive information (such as your account or trading password).
- Ask for your password or verification codes (OTP).
- Offer financial deals or investment opportunities.
If you are unsure about a message or call, end the conversation and contact support through official channels. We will never discourage you from being careful.

If you think someone accessed your account, follow the steps in What to do if your Exness account may be compromised.
